A&B Technical will meet or exceed any bid Performance Work Statements

INFORMED: We utilize the same parts as GE, Siemens, Philips, and Toshiba (Canon). And, they are not proprietary. We do not utilize any “Grey Market Goods” in the performance of this or any other solicitation. Parts provided will consist of new and re-manufactured parts as also provided by the OEM. If the OEM would supply a part on only an exchange basis, then we must be allowed the exact exchange basis as would have been allowed for the OEM.

CONNECTED: A&B Technical has access to over twenty five (25) million dollars in parts inventory located at strategic locations to include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Orlando, and Seattle. Our parts are shipped the fastest way possible to arrive at your facility. We have a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week service and parts response team. And we offer MRI coils and repair, magnet maintenance including cold heads and cryogens, X-ray tube replacements, digital imaging plates, digital direct-conversion flat panel detectors, and component level parts.

A&B Technical only uses highly specialized service engineers that have been trained on the contracted equipment. We have partnering agreements with many Independent Service Organizations (ISOs) that specialize in specific medical systems. We can also utilize Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as General Electric Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare, and Canon Medical Systems (Toshiba AMS). Our engineers are trained by experts and have an average of 15 years in the industry. A&B Technical employs engineers through partnering arrangements with ISOs. All engineers have either gone through OEM training and/or field training from an OEM trained engineer. Most of the engineers have previously worked for the OEMs where they received training and maintained equipment identical to yours.
